Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Construction Manager to oversee building projects in Multan. This role is ideal for someone without experience in construction management as you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while working flexible hours. The salary for this position is 1300$ and we are open to providing visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate construction projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and other project team members
- Develop project plans and schedules and monitor progress throughout the construction process
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Review and approve project budgets, expenses, and change orders
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates and any issues that may arise
