Construction Manager responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day field operations, establishing and monitoring performance targets for multi-trade projects and staff. Recognized as an authority across the organization and externally, the role anticipates client needs, identifies short- and long‑term solutions, and leads a team of superintendents to meet safety, scheduling, budget, quality control and client satisfaction goals.
Essential Responsibilities
- Ensure superintendents have required resources to complete projects per approved plans, specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Lead development of quality policies and procedures.
- Promote safety, address escalated safety issues, participate in senior management safety discussions.
