Responsibilities
- Coordinate onsite activities to achieve project planning, quality goals, and safe execution.
- Ensure subcontractors and vendors perform work according to project requirements, including specifications, classification rules, mandatory regulations, and good industry practices.
- Maintain close communication with owner representatives and classification surveyors to resolve technical issues arising during construction execution.
- Monitor subcontractor and supplier performance, taking corrective actions for quality or safety incidents (re‑training, fines, dismissal of non‑compliant personnel).
- Provide lesson‑learned reports to prevent recurrence of non‑compliance and identify root causes.
- Formulate detailed production schedules to align construction activities in a logical sequence, maximizing resource utility and minimizing rework.
