- Coordinating the activities onsite to achieve project planning, quality goal and safe execution.
- To ensure subcontractor/vendor perform the work according to the project requirement includes but not limited to project specification, classification rules, mandatory regulation and good industry practices.
- Close communication with owner reps and classification surveyor to resolve any technical issue arisen in the construction execution phase.
- Monitor the performance of the subcontractor and supplier, taking necessary action to resolve the quality and safety related issues, including but not limited to re‑training, fines, dismissal of the person involved.
- Provide the lesson learn report to prevent the recurrence of the non‑compliances.
- Provides the production planning to ensure the construction activities are carried out in the right sequence and minimized the rework.
