- Perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act, regardless whether their names are stated in the form,
- Check mock-ups done on site and off site, where necessary,
- Conduct inspection and check as required under Authority Operational and Safety requirements.
- Conduct compliance check on the implementation of mitigating measures in method statement, risk assessment and DfS register.
- Ensure that records of all civil and structural engineering works, mechanical and engineering works including records of tests, defect rectification, inspections, work progress, material and equipment on site, safety, etc, are updated in a timely manner and properly kept,
