Construction Manager
We are looking for an experienced construction manager to join our site-based team in Tarlac City, Philippines, overseeing the construction of a major industrial plant for a global beverage brand. The project duration is 12‑14 months with potential extension.
Responsibilities
- Lead all onsite construction management and supervision activities under Haskoning scope.
- Manage schedule execution, site coordination, and contractor performance.
- Interface daily with the client.
- Ensure quality, safety, and progress targets.
- Oversee supervisors, QAQC, safety, and document control.
- Lead mitigation of delays and resolution of site issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or higher.
- 15‑20 years in large‑scale industrial construction.
