- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from the initiation to completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and financial goals.
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workers to ensure quality workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Review and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents.
- Collaborate with engineers, QA/QC, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure the construction timeline.
- Monitor construction progress, identify risk or delay, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Implement and enforce quality control and risk management procedures.
