Responsibilities
- Understand the client’s project requirements, the NEC contract requirements and the framework agreement requirements.
- Produce, maintain and continuously update the project programme.
- Coordinate monthly updates from the project teams, including subcontractors.
- Create monthly reports for the team and client, including narrative summaries.
- Cost‑load and resource‑load the programme.
- Work with estimating and commercial teams on tender projects.
