Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project schedule that outlines the sequence of activities, milestones, and critical paths required for the successful completion of the rail project.
- Collaborate with project managers to identify resource requirements for each activity in the project schedule, including manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
- Monitor the progress of activities and update the project schedule accordingly, using project management software or scheduling software as required.
- Conduct schedule analysis to identify potential delays, critical path activities, and areas where the project schedule can be optimised.
- Assess the impact of proposed changes, variations, or scope adjustments on the project schedule.
- Generate regular reports on schedule performance, including progress reports, critical path analysis, and earned value analysis.
