Amazon is looking for a Construction Program Manager who will be responsible for developing & executing nationwide programs of new builds, retrofits, expansions, and facilities initiatives. Construction Program Managers are required to provide alignment, standardization, and governance across multiple project managers; align with primary customer leadership on program goals, roles, and expectations; perform detailed deep dive reviews of program budgets and schedules to identify and resolve issues; and provide executive program reports to senior managers and Directors. Construction Program Managers will partner with internal and external stakeholders to earn trust and engage as a team to deliver results. The Construction Program Manager will serve as the nationwide integrator between Design & Construction teams and other Amazon stakeholders responsible for equipping, furnishing, and operating sites within their programs.
