Job Requirements.
- Must have at least 3 to 5 years of work experience related to the job
- Must be a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Must be a Licensed Architect
- Must have experience in a construction set-up.
- Knowledgeable in Construction Software, such as ProCore
- With experience handling high-rise residential buildings, hotels, Commercial, and BPO projects
- Experience in preparing reports, monitoring, and presentations.
- Experience in Schedule Management.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Must be willing to work in a night shift set-up.
- Must be willing to work in Boracay, Aklan.
