ENGINEERING PTE LTD Construction Project Manager Salary range - S$6,500.00 to S$8,500.00 Job Description - Construction Project Manager Responsibilities - To be responsible for the smooth completion of the assigned project, in terms of both administrative and operational aspects - To attend site meetings with the Main-Contractor and/or Sub-Contractor(s) whenever necessary with regards to any site issues, and to update our own construction team - To make sure site work progress follows the Schedule given by the Main-Contractor - To work closely with main-office staff to prepare monthly Progress Claims, Payment Certificates, or the like. - Prepare Minutes of Meetings for all joint meetings held with Main-Contractors, Sub-Contractors, or site personnel. - To advise both Main-Contractor and Sub-Contractor personnel on technical knowledge pertaining to site works (E.g.
