Responsibilities
Responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, from the initial consultation in the conceptual phase through to completion and delivery to the client.

- Prepare and maintain the project schedule, ensuring effective communication with the Superintendent, vendors, and Owner.
- Review and approve all subcontractor invoices, including the invoice format. Collaborate with the Superintendent to establish accurate percent complete figures and communicate this information to Bookkeeping.
- Participate in all vendor selections with the estimator and advise others on vendor performance. Develop evaluation criteria.
- Work with estimating to keep production rates and unit costs current.
