Position Summary The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from inception through completion. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Develop and maintain project schedules and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met. Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls. Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards and safety requirements are maintained. Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
