We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams while driving efficient resource use, risk management, and timely obtaining of various building approvals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans using tools like MS Project to meet milestones and optimize manpower, materials, and equipment.
