Job Description

We are looking for a Project manager for our client, a general construction company specialized in the renovation and extension of military and air force bases with high security standards.

Tasks :

  • Analysis of execution documents (specifications, drawings, bills of quantities, etc.) and reference documents (regulations, standards, specifications, etc.).
  • Defining and mobilizing all the resources (personnel, materials, subcontracting, hardware, software) needed to carry out the work in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Drawing up, checking and distributing schedules.
  • Checking compliance with contractual requirements in terms of lead times, quality and conformity of the work.
  • Checks compliance with legal health and safety measures on site.
  • Drawing up the site organisation chart and allocating tasks within the site team.
