This individual will serve as the owner’s quality representative, ensuring all construction activities — whether self‑performed or subcontracted — meet design intent, specifications, and applicable codes. The role partners closely with engineering, construction, procurement, and project controls teams and plays a critical role from early design reviews through final system turnover. This is a highly visible position with real influence over quality outcomes on complex, fast‑moving projects.
