Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain theProjectSafetyPlan in alignment with company and legal standards.
- Leadsitesafetyinductions andtraining sessions for allconstructionpersonnel and contractors.
- Review and provide input on contractors’Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) .
- Conductdaily toolbox talks andsafetybriefings to reinforce safe work practices.
- Perform regularsitesafetyinspections and tours to ensure compliance withsafetyprotocols and CDM 2015 requirements.
- Advise theProjectManager and site leadership onsafetyperformance and risk mitigation measures.
- Manageincident reporting ,investigations , and follow-up actions.
