- Lead and supervise all mechanical construction and execution activities , including static and rotating systems.
- Manage installation of pumps, compressors, turbines, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, tanks, boilers, and packaged units , ensuring quality and schedule compliance.
- Ensure adherence to ADNOC standards, project specifications, and international codes (API, ASME, ISO).
- Review, approve, and monitor method statements, lifting plans, risk assessments, and work procedures .
- Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, planning, and commissioning teams for seamless project execution.
- Implement and enforce Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems in live plant environments.
