We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial construction projects for a highly respected General Contractor. This Senior Project Manager will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as a key leader on complex, high-profile builds.
Senior Project Manager Responsibilities
- Lead ground-up commercial construction projects, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and procurement to execution and closeout
- Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong communication and relationships
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Proactively manage risk, safety, and compliance on-site
- Mentor Project Managers and Project Engineers as a Senior Project Manager
