Job Description
Supervise daily site operations and ensure construction work is carried out according to schedule
Assign and coordinate tasks for site workers and subcontractors on a daily basis
Monitor work progress and ensure productivity on site
Ensure all construction work is carried out according to drawings, instructions, and quality requirements
Conduct basic site checks to ensure work quality and correct workmanship
Enforce site safety rules and ensure workers follow safety procedures
Conduct daily toolbox meetings and communicate work instructions to workers
Coordinate with Site Supervisor or Site Engineer on daily site activities and requirements
Report site progress, manpower attendance, and any site issues to management
Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment on site
Assist in resolving basic site issues and workflow disruptions
Maintain general site cleanliness and housekeeping
