We are working with a leading UK main contractor specialising in the delivery of large-scale industrial and logistics developments, including major warehouse, distribution and manufacturing facilities across the South Wales & M4 corridor.
Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Construction Manager to support the delivery of multiple new-build industrial schemes.
Role Overview
As Construction Manager, you will take responsibility for the on-site construction delivery of major steel-frame industrial projects, typically valued between £10m–£80m. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead site teams, manage multiple subcontract packages and drive programme, quality and safety from groundworks through to handover.
