Job Summary The Site Superintendent position is responsible for day-to-day project site management, including planning, coordinating, integrating, monitoring, and driving all project activities and milestones per plan; ensuring the maintenance of technical communications and business files; monitoring and reporting schedule variances from plan; appraising impact of variances; recommending and implementing corrective actions; and maintaining client communications. This position reports to the assigned Project Manager for Mountain Point, a construction company. Work will be performed primarily at a federal facility near Fallon, NV with potential to work in the Southern United States (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Arkansas, the Carolinas, and Florida). General construction work will include building renovations and repairs; new construction; pre-construction services, IT and physical security upgrades; electrical, plumbing and HVAC; and demolition.
