Responsibilities
- Supervise workers and projects
- Co‑ordinate and schedule activities
- Train or arrange for training
- Estimate costs and materials
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Perform informal inspections of completed welds
- Resolve conflict situations
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Supervise 5-10 people: Roofers, Cladders/siding installers, Eavestrough installers, Labourers
- Security and safety: Basic security clearance, Transportation/travel information, Valid driver's licence, Own vehicle...
