Key Responsibilities of a Construction Site Supervisor:
Supervising Daily Operations
Oversee and coordinate on-site activities. Ensure work is progressing according to schedule and specifications. Monitor the performance of workers and subcontractors.
Safety Management
Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct safety briefings and ensure the use of protective equipment. Investigate and report incidents or accidents.
Quality Control
Ensure that work meets the required standards and specifications. Inspect materials and workmanship. Address quality issues promptly.
Communication & Coordination
Act as a liaison between workers, project managers, architects, engineers, and clients. Communicate project goals, deadlines, and changes to the site crew. Report progress and problems to senior management.
