Solicitor – Construction Disputes Resolution

They work with a major portfolio of clients across multiple industries and regularly advise on some of the largest and most complex disputes in the UK and abroad.
Range of workstreams
- Acting for major developers and contractors on safety issues, advising on potential liabilities and defending claims
- Advise on pursuing recovery against consultants, designers, architects
- Handle highly complex and high value disputes including commercial litigation, development disputes, procurement challenges and some Judicial Reviews
