We are seeking an experienced Federal Lead Superintendent to lead the execution of large-scale, ground-up federal construction projects. This role requires a proven field leader who has successfully delivered at least one $20M+ federal project as the Lead Superintendent, with a strong preference for candidates who have executed multiple projects of similar scale and complexity.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience across the full construction lifecycle—from site development, grading, and utilities through vertical construction, MEP systems, and final interior buildout—within a federally regulated environment. This individual will lead field operations, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive schedule performance on a complex, multi-building project.
This is a high-urgency, mission-critical role supporting active federal construction, with strong potential for long-term project continuity.
