Essential Skills
+ 5+ years of commercial carpentry experience.
+ 3+ years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents.
+ 3+ years of experience managing contractors or field staff in a commercial construction environment.
+ Proficiency in commercial construction practices, including ground-up and commercial building projects.
+ Hands-on skills in carpentry, framing, drywall, ceilings, flooring, and steel stud installation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience working on hospitals, hotels, schools, restaurants, and other large commercial buildings.
+ Ground-up construction and commercial building projects.
