Cennox is looking for a Construction Site Superintendent to work in the Houston, TX area.
Primary business is commercial construction and renovation services for financial institutions.
Position Summary:
- Superintendent responsibilities include onsite management of commercial renovation projects.
- Project work takes place after hours and on weekends.
- The ideal candidate should have construction experience, ability to work without direct supervision, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to organize their work using MS office tools.
- Ultimately, a successful Superintendent should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day communication with Clients, Sub-Contractors, and internal staff.
