The Role We’re hiring a Superintendent to run day-to-day field execution on structural concrete projects. This role is the on-site leader who turns plans into reality—owning safety, sequencing, quality, and production. This is a leadership role. You’ll partner closely with the Field Operations Manager and Project Managers. You own the field. Must be able to communicate in both English and Spanish.
