Job Description
- Lead all site construction across 220kV transmission works including foundations, erection, stringing and earthing
- Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors while managing daily work fronts, productivity and schedule
- Drive safe execution, pre-starts and toolbox talks, ensuring compliance with permits, SWMS and zero-harm standards
- Monitor and report on progress, schedule performance and construction quality with regular updates and forecasting
- Interface with client representatives and project stakeholders to align on delivery and resolve site issues
- Conduct field inspections and verification of completed works prior to handover
- Manage ITRs, ITPs, hold/witness points and quality documentation through to close-out
- Maintain as-builts, redlines and turnover packs, ensuring accurate project records
