We are seeking an experienced and self-directed Traveling Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations on our active project sites. From groundbreaking to closeout, you will be the on-site leader responsible for maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring the highest quality of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Management: Direct daily on-site supervision of subcontractors, vendors, and laborers to ensure strict adherence to plans, specifications, and building codes.
- Schedule & Budget: Develop, update, and manage the critical path construction schedule, including generating 3-week look-ahead schedules.
