Job Description
- Assist in site preparation and clearing
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Mix and pour concrete, asphalt, and other materials
- Support skilled workers (carpenters, masons, welders)
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean worksite
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- 0–3 years construction experience (preferred)
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
