**Overview**
Microsoft is seeking an experienced Construction Workforce Infrastructure Manager to establish and lead the workforce infrastructure strategy supporting large-scale data center development in Pecos, Texas.
This highly visible role will serve as the primary owner of workforce accommodations, labor logistics, and enabling infrastructure required to mobilize and sustain thousands of construction workers across multiple concurrent data center projects. The successful candidate will build the operating model from the ground up, creating scalable processes, standards, and partnerships that can be replicated across future construction programs. Over time, this role is expected to evolve into broader construction project leadership responsibilities within Microsoft's growing data center portfolio.
