Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily construction operations and project activities.
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and coordinate with consultants and clients.
- Plan project schedules, manpower allocation, and resources to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Review technical drawings, resolve site issues, and provide engineering solutions.
- Monitor project costs, progress, and prepare reports for management.
- Conduct regular site meetings and ensure smooth project workflow.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction project management (building or infrastructure).
