Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Upstream Support Consultant specializing in Sourcing, Contracting, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supporting Ariba Upstream solutions and demonstrated experience of collaborating with SAP teams in an integrated environment. Experience in at least one end-to-end Ariba implementation is required. Provide functional support and maintenance for SAP Ariba Upstream modules (Sourcing, Contracting, SLP). Collaborate with business stakeholders, procurement teams, and SAP support teams to resolve incidents and service requests. Support integration and data flow between Ariba Upstream and SAP S/4HANA system. Monitor Ariba platform performance and coordinate with SAP Ariba Support (OSS) to resolve complex issues.
