- Train customers on the proper use of company software, machines, and tooling.
- Conduct tooling trials and product testing to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Install and configure company software and ensure smooth operation with the machinery.
- Assist in developing best practices and operational guidelines for company products.
- Support sales and marketing efforts by demonstrating machine capabilities.
Job Requirement
