Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation & Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and project goals. Architectural Design & Planning: Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs. Create 2D and 3D architectural models, sketches, and drawings. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws. Work on space planning, material selection, and aesthetic design solutions. Project Management: Lead the development of architectural plans from concept to construction. Monitor progress to ensure designs are being implemented correctly.
