We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Advocacy team at Marsh. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Consultant - Claims Advocacy (Property & Casualty)
We will count on you to:
Technically focused Claims Advocate (Property & Casualty) driving initiatives and handling complex claims. Provide claims guidance to clients on claims and assist with claims preparation
Work closely with clients and other claims, placing and engineering colleagues throughout the organization.
Ensure hands-on active claim management, problem solving, formulating settlement strategies for clients using impactful negotiation skills.
Provide leadership and taking ownership of complex claims is essential to project manage them to a successful conclusion.
