Specialize in MS Office 365, operating systems, and associated subsystems, while managing issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. Additionally, offer guidance to other End User Support staff, focusing on collaboration to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Licenses/ certification for Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT), CompTIA A+ Certification, ITIL Foundations v3, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
