OverviewA premium private healthcare group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Consultant General Surgeon to lead advanced surgical services within its hospital network. This role is suited to senior surgeons with strong operative exposure, leadership capabilities, and experience managing high-volume surgical caseloads.
Clinical Responsibilities- Lead elective and emergency surgical services.
- Advanced laparoscopic procedures.
- Complex abdominal and gastrointestinal surgery.
- Supervise junior surgeons and surgical support staff.
- Multidisciplinary perioperative care planning.
- Participate in surgical governance initiatives, quality improvement and patient safety programs.
- Emergency and on‑call surgical coverage.
