Job Description
BASIC FUNCTION:
Responsible for the construction and completion of Makati Campus Project, close monitoring of contractor's work, budget versus actual, achieving cost efficiencies and project safety upon completion and turn over.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Manages Makati Campus construction work progress assigned within the year within approved schedule (Maximum negative variance of 5% from the agreed original master program)
Prepares project program/timeline Prepares construction agreement and contract documents Coordinates with consultants and other BDO units with project deliverable Review project plan and specification for completeness and within BDO standard.
