Responsibilities
- Deliverable 1 (15 July – 14 August 2026)
- Establish project monitoring and reporting tools, including participant database, activity tracker, and document repository.
- Prepare a communication and visibility workplan for the remainder of 2026.
- Submit inception report including detailed workplan and stakeholder engagement approach.
- Performance Indicator: Inception report and monitoring tools submitted and approved.
- Deliverable 2 (15 August – 14 September 2026)
- Update beneficiary and activity databases.
- Support implementation and documentation of all project activities conducted during the month.
- Produce one communication article and one social media campaign highlighting project activities.
- Performance Indicator: 100% of monthly activities documented; communication products published.
