The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and managing complex blood disorders in children, with a strong commitment to evidence-based care and multidisciplinary collaboration.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat pediatric hematologic conditions including:
- Anemia, hemophilia, sickle cell disease, thalassemia
- Platelet disorders, clotting abnormalities, bone marrow failure syndromes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans including transfusions, iron chelation, and immunotherapy
- Collaborate with pediatric oncologists, pathologists, and geneticists for integrated care
