Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Physician specializing in Cleft Lip & Palate and Oral & Maxillofacial (OMF) Surgery to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing congenital craniofacial conditions, facial trauma, reconstructive procedures, and multidisciplinary patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage cleft lip and palate conditions across pediatric and adult patients
- Perform advanced oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including ENT, plastic surgery, orthodontics, speech therapy, and pediatrics
- Develop individualized treatment plans and surgical strategies
- Ensure high standards of patient safety, quality care, and clinical outcomes
- Participate in clinical audits, teaching, and continuous medical education activities
