Responsibilities
- Analyze change requests that arise along Evonik’s global pricing process as well as during integration into Evonik’s market‑to‑offer landscape.
- Advise business departments on business processes, identify and realise optimisation potential within the market‑to‑offer pricing processes, and prepare the corresponding technical design for the development team or coordinate it accordingly.
- Manage internal and cross‑functional (sub‑)projects, including functional leadership and coordination of project team members.
- Actively contribute to the design of rollout plans and their successful international implementation, support the creation of training materials, and conduct training sessions when required.
- Take over provider management for external partners when required.
