Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership and direct psychiatric care within the team
Deliver diagnostic assessments and formulate comprehensive treatment plans
Engage in regular case reviews and multidisciplinary meetings
Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
Supervise and support junior medical staff and trainees
