ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor daily network and security alerts.
Resolve Level 1 and 2 tickets.
Deploy routine VLAN and firewall policy changes.
Maintain accurate inventory and network documentation.
Lead complex network troubleshooting sessions.
Design and execute mid-scale network changes.
Optimize wireless coverage and authentication workflows.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Security, or PCNSE certifications.
Bachelor’s degree.
ITIL v4 Foundation Certified
Candidates who are confident of clearing extensive Background verification till previous Organization only shall apply
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Experience using Netbrain for network mapping.
Basic Python scripting for automated checks.
Experience with Infoblox grid management.
API integration using Ansible or Python.
