- Inception report and detailed workplan for implementation at FATA University and Kohat University.
- Rapid context note covering cohort needs, delivery approach and proposed community challenge themes.
- Contextualized training modules, facilitator notes, participant handouts, exercises, mentoring tools and assessment formats.
- Structured delivery of youth leadership, community engagement and social enterprise development modules for selected student cohorts.
- Mentoring support provided to student teams for development of youth‑led initiatives, community challenge solutions and social enterprise concepts.
- At least two youth‑led initiatives supported through the university incubation or innovation support process, subject to cohort performance and university participation.
