The candidate must possess advanced proficiency in English. Candidate required to facilitate customer-facing meetings and engage effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership in English.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and other Cisco stakeholders on successful planning and execution of validation engagements.
- Support next generation Service Provider customers to accelerate implementation of new platforms/solutions.
- Validate new design solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Drive requirements discussions, analyze test requirements, build test lab configurations, author and execute test plans, and document results.
- Identify key issues and gaps and work with engineering and delivery teams to resolve them.
- Develop/integrate new technologies into lab environments.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects from Delivery and Sales teams regarding future initiatives and securing customer business.
